Command Center Onsite Vendor & Contractor Management
Command Center is designed for vendors and contractors who physically come onto your property to perform service, maintenance, inspections or other onsite work.
Know when they arrived, where they went, what they did and when they left — without requiring them to download an app.
See how your onsite contractor process could work in Command Center.

HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, elevator contractors, pest-control providers, roofers, inspectors and other trades may already arrive with a work order, PO, service call or scheduled appointment.
They may check in through reception or a visitor-management system and follow your existing safety requirements.
Those systems help authorize access. The Facilities team still needs to understand what happened while the contractor was physically onsite.
Check-in is only the beginning of the operational story.
Operations may still need to know:
Across a large campus or distributed portfolio, answering those questions can mean phone calls, emails, walking the site or contacting someone at the building just to confirm the vendor was actually there.
Knowing a contractor is somewhere in the building is very different from knowing where they are when you need to account for them.
The invoice says six hours. Were they actually onsite for six hours — and what happened during that time?
You know when the contractor arrived, where they went, what they reported, when they left and whether anything still requires attention.
The Facilities team manages exceptions instead of reconstructing the visit after the fact.
Command Center can capture:
Locations, visit R4TQ9C
Northline Mechanical
Exited every critical location. Checked out at 10:58.
Access can be open to any contractor arriving onsite, or limited to approved vendors and authorized service providers.
QR codes at roof access, mechanical rooms or other critical locations can record when contractors enter and leave, giving Facilities or Security better awareness of who is working in higher-risk areas and whether they have exited again.
The contractor uses their own phone. No app is required.
The visit does not end at check-in. It becomes part of the operation.
Command Center is not a contract-management or procurement system. It adds the onsite operational record — what happened when the vendor physically came to perform the work.
Know which contractors are onsite and which critical locations they entered.
Compare arrival, departure and location history against billed time.
Maintain better awareness when contractors enter roofs, mechanical rooms or other higher-risk areas.
Maintain evidence of what happened, where and when.
A pest-control contractor is scheduled to visit a school.
Today, Facilities may receive an invoice and then have to phone the school to ask whether anyone remembers seeing the contractor.
With Command Center:
No phone call to the school. No guessing whether the visit happened — or whether the critical locations were actually serviced.

Recorded in Command Center
The same check-in and location process can support all of the onsite vendors and contractors using that site — you do not need to build a separate process for each company.
Contractors use their own phones and QR codes.
No app or separate user-account rollout is required.
Zendelity configures the check-in questions, locations, visit requirements, notifications and reporting around the process you already use.
Command Center complements your existing visitor-management, work-order and procurement processes by adding the operational history of what happened after arrival.
QR codes and visit records can show when contractors arrive, move into designated locations and leave the site.
