This policy explains what personal information Zendelity Inc. collects through this website, zendelity.com, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website only. The Command Center application, and the information our customers keep in it, are covered by each customer's agreement with us.

What we collect
When you book a demo
Our Book a demo page shows a booking form provided by Microsoft Bookings. When you book, you give us your name, email address and the details you enter in the form, such as your company and the challenge you want to solve. Microsoft may send a one-time code to your email address to confirm the booking. Your booking is stored in Zendelity's Microsoft 365 account, and Microsoft processes it on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we keep what you send us, such as your name, contact details and message, so we can reply.
When you browse
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not ask you to create an account. Like any website, our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, records basic technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure. The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address when it does.
How we use your information
- To arrange and hold the demo you booked, and to follow up with you about it.
- To answer your questions and requests.
- To keep the website running and secure.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose you would not reasonably expect from the reason you gave it to us.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as Microsoft for bookings, email and hosting. They may store and process it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact details for as long as we need them to work with you, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it, subject to any legal requirement to keep it. Email info@zendelity.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X and the Command Center sign-in page. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
