Zendelity Enhances Frontline Execution for Mitel Customers Through Workflow Studio Integration

Zendelity Command Center helps Mitel customers launch, track, escalate, and verify frontline response from critical communications workflows.

Zendelity Command Center is now integrated with Mitel Workflow Studio, helping organizations connect critical communications, alerts, and operational events to guided frontline execution, real-time status visibility, escalation, and proof of completion.

Ottawa, Ontario — July 30, 2026 — Zendelity today announced the launch of its Command Center integration with Mitel Workflow Studio, helping organizations eliminate the gap between alert and action.

For organizations managing emergency procedures, safety checks, facility incidents, compliance activities, and operational exceptions, alerts and notifications are only the first step. Command Center complements mass notification, IoT sensors, building automation alerts, and communications workflows by connecting events to the appropriate frontline response, giving teams the information they need, showing progress in real time, and verifying completion.

Through the integration, Mitel workflows can launch Command Center workplans, receive real-time status updates, and query current operational status so communications workflows can adapt based on what is actually happening in the field.

Once a workplan is launched, Command Center guides frontline teams through the required procedure, captures proof of completion, escalates missed or incomplete work, and provides real-time visibility into what has been done, what is still outstanding, and where additional action may be required.

“Mitel’s communications systems help organizations connect people and workflows. Command Center helps make sure the right frontline action happens next,” said Rebecca Wormleighton, COO and Co-Founder of Zendelity. “Together, we are helping customers move beyond notification to guided response, real-time visibility, and proof of completion.”

“Mitel Workflow Studio is designed to help customers create more connected, responsive communications workflows,” said Luiz Domingos, CTO at Mitel. “Integrations like Zendelity Command Center give organizations more ways to apply those workflows in high-impact operational environments where timely information and coordinated response matter most.”

Example use cases include triggering an emergency building response from an IoT sensor, such as a water leak or critical equipment alert, and using Mitel workflows to share real-time status updates as teams investigate, isolate the issue, and complete required follow-up actions. Another example is a lost child or missing person response, where staff can dial an emergency code from a Mitel phone to launch the appropriate Command Center procedure, notify the right people, track search assignments, escalate unresolved areas, and verify completion based on real-time execution data.

Zendelity Command Center is now listed in Mitel’s Apps & Integrations Gallery.
