Think of this as a sneak peek into what we’re building: a first-of-its-kind Smart Operations Management Platform that doesn’t just connect systems like PMS, BAS, IoT, and PBX, it connects them directly to the people who do the work, closing the loop between alerts, communication, and execution.

Command Center is the foundation. It’s a mobile-first platform that digitizes frontline operations and connects them with real-time data from IoT sensors and building systems. From safety checks and incident reporting to housekeeping and maintenance, Command Center ensures critical tasks are triggered, completed, and verified, with full auditability.

Now, through the Accelerator program, we’re taking it further by integrating directly with Mitel’s communications stack to deliver:

  • Automatic text alerts to Mitel desk and DECT phones, triggered by IoT data, building automation, safety systems, or operating procedures.

  • Group broadcast voice messages to Mitel extensions, ad hoc or scheduled.

  • A mobile Mitel softphone inside a purpose-built frontline app, creating a single source of communication.

The result? Operations teams gain the ability to reduce risk, respond faster, and deliver consistent, high-quality experiences, all while generating new data streams we’ve never had access to before for analysis and smarter decision making.
